    This is a wonderful dish when prepared as the chef intended. This recipe, however is atrocious. I saw the show in which this dish was made, and I thought it looked delicious, so I wrote everything down as it was explained. Right before I prepared it, I looked up the recipe because I wasn't sure how long I should cook it, and I was horrified to see how BADLY it is written. I don't know where the disconnect happened, but it needs to be fixed--i.e. the sprigs of rosemary are missing (several should be added on top of the chicken before baking and there is no mention of salt for the baking stage. I am experienced enough to work through a poorly written recipe, but there will be others who are not, and will be dissappointed in the results. I am seriously dissapointed in the quality of writing, considering that this is a well-respected source for recipes.
