In a glass filled with ice, combine the sweet and sour mix, raspberry beer, tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice and mix. Rim a pint glass with sugar. Pour the mixture into the rimmed pint glass, sprinkle with the pop rocks and garnish with a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
