Pop Rocks Margarita

ingredients

  • 3 ounces sweet and sour mix
  • 2 ounces raspberry beer
  • 1 1/2 ounces tequila, such as Don Julio
  • 1 ounce orange liqueur
  • Splash sweetened lime juice, such as Rose's
  • Sugar, for rimming glass
  • 1 tablespoon pop rocks
  • Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

In a glass filled with ice, combine the sweet and sour mix, raspberry beer, tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice and mix.

Rim a pint glass with sugar. Pour the mixture into the rimmed pint glass, sprinkle with the pop rocks and garnish with a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
