WOW! Rachael, the hubby was after me to change up my cooking and start USING all of the recipes I watch.... so THIS was the first. WOW! Incredible! I had never worked with a tomatillo before, and they are incredible in this! The honey balances it just right! Dinner tomorrow will be amazing!

Great green chili recipe. I upped the garlic to 8 cloves and used 1 red and 1 yellow onion. I also added about 1tsp of ground achiote and half of a bottle of beer.

Really tasty. I've been looking for a green chili recipe that my DH would like, and trust me, I've tried a few. Only thing I didn't have was the cooked pork, so I diced up some chops and sauteed in the EVOO, removed and went on as the recipe says. I messed up and used only one onion instead of the two called for, but I saw my mistake and added a bit of onion powder to make up for it. Worked out just fine. Heat level was a bit high for me (I am a sissy, srsly, even with the peppers seeded, but it still tasted nice.
