Cover the bottom of a medium-size sheet pan with tomato slices. Season the tomatoes with salt, and pepper, to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Place the cheese slices over the tomatoes and bake in the oven until bubbly and lightly toasted on top, about 10 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven and sprinkle with fresh oregano leaves to taste and serve with warm toasted bread.

She did not put the tomatoes on a sheet tray in the show. She put them in an oval gratin dish (added S,P & EVOO and then topped with cheese, broiled and then topped with chopped fresh oregano out of the oven..........I really wish Food Network et al would proof read their recipes better!
