Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka, such as Kettle One
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple syrup
  • Ice, for chilling and serving
  • 1 pineapple spear, for garnish

Directions

Combine the pineapple liqueur, vodka, pineapple juice and pineapple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass filled with ice. Garnish with the pineapple spear.
