Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka, such as Kettle One
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce pineapple syrup
- Ice, for chilling and serving
- 1 pineapple spear, for garnish
Directions
Combine the pineapple liqueur, vodka, pineapple juice and pineapple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass filled with ice. Garnish with the pineapple spear.
