    This was sooo awesome. If I had more time I would have done it just the way the recipe said, but I didn't have time to boil the chicken and make chicken stock, so I used a rotisserie chicken and store bought chicken stock. I felt like you did have to simmer it a little longer than the recipe says to get it nice and thick - I think I let it go almost an hour after I added the mushrooms and their liquid. It was still so good! I loved it, and so did the guests I made it for.

    I made this dish yesterday and it was delicious,I did use baby bella's instead couldnt find dried porcini,sauce was a little thin but none the less delicious,thank you Rachel
