This was really good! I never thought of having pulled chicken sandwiches. We ate them or lunch for a week. Yum

I loved everything about this sandwich! I have never had sweet potatoes mixed in a barbecue sandwich before, but it was awesome!

I am reviewing the Bourbon Barbeque sauce only. I used it on pork spare ribs and it was delicious. There is a typographical error in this recipe. The listed ingredients did not include brown sugar, but the directions indicate that brown sugar should be mixed into the sauce. To address this, I left the brown sugar out and then added it to taste at the end, making sure the amount I added was melted completely into the mixture. I ended up using less than 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
