Hey everyone - stop reading and head for the kitchen!
Although neither a fan of carrots or cauliflower, was looking for something new. Good news, fortune favors the bold because This recipe hits the jackpot.
Recommend a tad more lemon zest and in-shell walnuts, rather than store bought and chopped; but otherwise this hits it out of the park with a wonderful texture, good taste, and pretty presentation.

This is a great vegetable recipe. Roasting always adds great flavor. My husband is not a cauliflower fan but he thought this was just great. I'll be making this one again!
