Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. sliced, cooked pork loin
  • 1 jar smoky barbecue sauce
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 4 soft kaiser buns, toasted
  • 8 slices ripe tomato
  • 1 red onion, sliced thin
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Heat sauces in skillet. Add pork loin. Bring to a simmer. Stir pork to break up. Toss tomato and onions in bowl with salt and pepper. Pile pork onto buns. Serve with tomatoes and onions.
