i thought this recipe was amazing, i mad the stuffing the night before and stuffed and wrapped it so the next day all i had to do was brown it and bake. sooo delicious, my whole family loved it my mother thinks im an expert chef thanks to this recipe!

This meal was not worth the time and trouble and expense. It was cooked at too high of a temperature and for too long. The expensive onions were cremated and the garlic dry. Would not make this again and usually love Rachael's recipes. This was a big disapointment and I was serving it at a holiday dinner party. Would not make it again
