I made this for thanksgiving for me and my husband in France, it was perfect! We had a 500g turkey breast for the two of us, it came out wonderful with the garlic butter. The gravy was very creamy and the cranberry sauce was excellent, only I couldn't find fresh cranberries here so I substituted red currants, but it was just as good! With green beans on the side it was perfect for a small Thanksgiving dinner. :)

This is amazing! I double the recipe since i was serving ten and it was plenty once i added sides. The turkey is divine! The cook time is extremely low, i cooked for 1hr and 20minutes and then put in crock pot on warm until dinner. I used 2 4lb turkey breasts. The sauce is thin but is quite tasty, it was used on stuffing as well. The pomegranate cranberry sauce was a very interesting twist. Next time i will 1/2 the original recipe for two people and leave out the cranberry sauce since the gravy and turkey are plenty with a side of mashed potatoes and will not be so much like a full on Thanksgiving dinner!
