I have filed this recipe under "Easy, but impressive" desserts. This baklava tasted wonderful. Not too sweet, but that great taste that I long for every time I go to my favorite bakery. After he'd polished off two pieces, I asked my bf what I could do to make it better. His response was one nut wasn't chopped as small as the others and then he laughed. That sums up how good this Baklava is. Thank you for a great recipe.
