I would really like American measurements. and I don't have a scale so I need to know about the flour in cups not pounds and ounces. I had to add flour to make it able to be cut. Not sure how they will turn out.

And a real oven, not a toaster oven. I really like the flavor and the texture is very nice. Now if I just had a pot of clotted cream. Yum

I tried several scone recipes before I found this great one! scones come out perfect every time and I love choosing the mix-ins. Friends and family agree these are awesome scones!! definite must try recipe

These scones are wonderful! They were easy to make and yet looked like scones I've bought @ upscale bakeries yet with a divine taste of homemade. I've watched Rachel's shows for awhile now and finally got around to baking these today. I added dried cranberries and orange zest which really enhanced the deliciousness!
