Great dish. Very simple but tasted wonderful. I was really excited to be making homemade ravioli from scratch. Big success and everyone loved them, including my son who says he doesn't like ravioli.

When my daughters come home from college, this is the dish they want me to make. I found the dough to be VERY sticky and difficult to work with at first, but I increased the flour somewhat and after practicing (many times I have mastered a lightweight dough that I can work with. We love the simplicity and lightness of this dish. Yes, it's ravioli, but it's light. Good olive oil and fresh basil really make a difference here! Once the ravioli is done, it doesn't take long to cook it and get it on the table. Enjoy!
