AMAZING. This is one of my staple recipes!!!!! ever since I saw Giada make it, I now cook it once a month for my family. I am obsessed with it, and so is EVERYONE who has tasted it. This is such a simple, quick, yet flavorful recipe. The walnuts, combined with the balsamic vinegar and butter sauce with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, make for a warm and comforting meal on a cool evening.
