Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • One 2-pound red cabbage, cored and quartered, cut into small shreds
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 1 cup red wine

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the cabbage, onions and red wine. Stir and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
