Well, I love eating Risotto, BUT I had never attempted to make it, I saw this segment on today's show and decided to try and make it for hubby and myself. I was really surprised how good it tasted. I did add the broth a little faster and at the end added just a tad of butter for added creaminess. Overall it was a good recipe, but as Giada says it is a dish you need to stay with and stir, and stir and stir...LOL

It is a very good recipe for someone who has never made risotto before. The recipe says to do 3/4 cup of broth every time but I just ladled broth until the risotto became slightly soupy. I also added mushrooms. I sauteed them separately and added them with the peas. Overall very delicious!
