I made this recipe then ended up having to freeze the meat and reheat it because of activities. It turned out really well . The fennel in the seasoning and in the slaw really makes it delicious. All of my kids enjoyed it and ate it slaw and all. If I was going to freeze and reheat again, I would cook the meat a little less. It did end up a little dry, but was still tasty.
