    I've made this twice and it is always a big hit! I like to use broken pasta, it gives it a buttery, nutty flavor. My husband who isn't a fan of butternut gobbled it up. Alot of great flavors and delicious all together,

    If I had made it according to directions, I would have given it a 1 star, but as it was I corrected the orzo application. Why did RR not cook (in liquid the orzo? I put one spoonful of it into the mixing bowl, then thought about the lack of moisture/liquid for the orzo to cook appropriately, so after browning it, ended up putting it in the microwave with liquid to hydrate. Then and only then did I add it to the mixture.
