Very tasty & great to give to a friend if they feel a little under the weather. I wanted a little more sweetness so I added about 3/4 cup of brown sugar and it was perfect. It if comes out a little too thick for you, just keep an extra box of chicken stock on hand & thin it out when you heat it up the leftovers. The grilled cheese croutons made this dish for me :

I made this when the weather was still a bit cool and froze 1/2 of it. The flavor was amazing and it is so loaded with healthy fiber and vitamins...Loved this soup!! I brought the leftovers to work and since I couldn't make grilled cheese sammy's in my office, I tossed on a handful of large, rye bread, garlic croutons -- Delish!! :
