In a saute pan, heat olive oil
over moderate high heat. Season shrimp
with salt and pepper and cook for 1 or 2 minutes on each side or until pink. Using a fork, coarsely mash
avocado with lime and garlic. Stir in onion
, cilantro and hot sauce to blend
. Season with salt, to taste. Place the guacamole
in a dipping bowl with the shrimp arranged around.
