We loved these! I didn't have any leftover roast chicken, so I used skin-on bone-in chicken breast that I poached in a combination of chicken stock and water, with some cumin, garlic, thyme sprigs, salt, and pepper. My shredded chicken was pretty juicy, so I didn't need to add any oil to the pan. Didn't need any oil for grilling the quesadillas either, just put them on a non-stick griddle pan. Tried them with the Brie, cheddar, and blue cheese, but found I prefer it with just Colby-Jack. Will try with the corn salsa next time.

I agree with the last post. Your taste buds should run for president. I will NEVER EVER eat a chicken Quesadilla in restaurant ever again. This ROCKED..... I hope they keep airing your shows and you continue to do more. I am a huge fan.

everything on this was AAAHHHHHHHHHSOME!!!! I made the entire ensemble yesterday!!!! My boyfriend became my fiance!!!!!!!!!
You also have the best visual and printable format for the recipes- as per the show---love that I can print the whole meal by just pulling up one item I searched for the that particular segment!!!!

I tried all the recipes and truly enjoy them, I have alot of trouble when I want to print the recipes because it won't let me print 8.5x11'size and I end up with a print so small letters I have alot of trouble reading it. I wonder if you can correct that. They tell me its not at my end. Thank-you so much

This entire menu is wonderful! Takes a little time to get everything chopped but well worth it. If I had to choose my favorite it would be the Tomato Watermelon Salsa. The combination of the ingredients provide a unique flavor that is totally fresh and amazing.
