It was one of the best dishes, according to my family, that I have made in a long long long time.
It was absolutely out of this world delicious. The coconut milk steered me away at first but I went ahead and used it and it made the meat so tender and the taste of the coconut milk was not strong at all. It just all fit in and was absolutely wonderful. I am interested in a lot of what this man cooks on his show but after this meal I will be trying out many, many, many more of his dishes.
YUM! YUM! YUM!

I think Roger has wonderful talent and is a delight to have host a cooking show. The pork was tender and the sauce is delicious. I hope you stay and charm us with your cute self!!
