ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen chopped mango
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground cardamom

Directions

Place the frozen mangos, yogurt, water, honey and cardamom into a blender, and puree until smooth.

Serve the lassi in tall glasses.
