Loved, loved, loved this recipe! Lobster is a favorite in my home so I was inspired by this dish Saturday afternoon when I saw the episode, and since I always wanted to try Napa Cabbage this was perfect. The Mint Mayo is wonderful and so refreshing (my hubby used it on his ham sandwich Monday and said it was delicious and will defintely be my favorite mayo. I did tweek the recipe a lil, I omitted the Carrot Ginger Sauce, the chili sauce, and the green onions (not my favorites. Delicious! Will definitely make again.
