Good schnitzel. Didn't love the apple salsa, but liked it. I really enjoy watching Roger, though, whether it's on this cooking show or his Heat Seekers on Food Network. He seems real and approachable, but not over the top.

Just great. We always like good , fast and tastey recipes. This one was very easy yet very good. Called our kids and told them about it. We'll definately make again and again.

Wonderful! I've made a lot of schnitzel (veal and pork and using panko makes this even better. The flavors in the apple salsa are so lovely and balanced. Thanks!
