This is phenominal!!!!! The roasted garlic sauce just perfected the taste, not overpowering just right. The sausage and mozzarella blended and complimented each other exactly. I did add a little salt to the garlic sauce to give it a little flavor boost. Next time I make it I think I will add some anchovies as well. Thank You Roger I love your recipes, and your music!

This pizza dough recipe is fantastic. I've made it several times and friends love it. The sausage/mozzarella topping is easy and delicious.
