The only thing I did differently is that I used a piece of cake that I already had - since he used a store bought cake anyway. Who would have ever thought that you would or could put basil in a desert like that and I almost left it out. Glad I didn't because this desert was absolutely one of the best. It wasn't a really sweet desert; it was out of this world PERFECT.
And was the perfect ending to the coconut milk pork he made with this.
WOW...... this man is awesome in the kitchen.
