I tried the sweet potatoes at my aunts for thanksgiving! delish! I am trying to make it myself. I have couple of questions before I attempt this recipe.
Is the Sichuan peppercorns lightly toasted before you coarse grind it?
did you use like coffee grinder to grind the peppercorn or just crushed it?

After making this there is no way one would go back to any other way of making Sweet Potatoes.
