    Tasty but instead of the egg wash, I just used my finger to wet the four edges of the wonton skins. It worked just as well. The apple cider reduction didn't work for me. It reduced to half but did not take on a thick consistency. I thickened it with a flour and warm water mixture and added some lemon juice, salt, butter and chilli paste for good measure. This meal paired with the carrot fennel salad (no alterations was delicious.

    I make my own homemade pasta in large quantities and portion it into meal size bags for weeknight meals. This was wonderful and easy to put together.
    Will definitely make again. Thanks Roger!
