Ingredients
- 1 part sour -- fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 parts sweet -- Kelly's syrup (strawberry) or simple syrup
- 3 parts strong -- Appleton Estate Spiced Rum
- 4 parts weak -- water
- Pimento seeds -- to infuse
