The flavors were wonderful. I was not sure about the pea puree but the flavor with the garlic was a fantastic. This one will be a repeat in our house.

Easy and elegant, this is a dish I am proud to serve to guests. I do tend to use a favorite seasoning blend on the fish as opposed to just salt and pepper and I suggest you keep in mind your flavoring preferences as well. Also, be mindful that the peas are interchangeable with other vegetables similar in consistency as peas put some people off. Glad to have this in my repertoire. Thanks again, Giada!
