For the salmon:
Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons coconut oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. When it is hot, season the salmon fillets with 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander and a pinch of salt and pepper and then sear them on each side for 7 to 8 minutes, until they are just cooked through. Put the salmon on a plate and ladle some sauce over it.

Wow...this was easy and oh so delicious!!!! Will make again and again. Added just a bit of agave syrup at the last minute to bring out more of the coconut flavor. Yum.

Easy,good and will make it one of our favorite.Husband loved it!

This was really good and so quick for an easy dinner. Good with brown and wild rice. I had to make myself stop pouring the extra sauce on my rice. So good! I'm learning to love indian food!
