This was very easy to do and was very yummy! I used a cast iron grill pan. The family enjoyed very much!

Excellent dinner! My family loves Mexican flavors and this dish didn't disappoint. Everything is made from fresh ingredients (not like a boxed Mexican dinners but still is very easy and quick to put together. We'll definitely make it again!
