    I agree with Number One Foodie, it was a bitter. I added a few ingredients and made MOLE out if it.

    After watching this episode I was intrigued by all of these interesting products combined into one sauce. My end product was a super bitter melange of earthy flavors. The flavor was vey unbalanced and I had to add several Tablespoons of agave nectar to make it even palatable. I would not make this recipe again and I would advise against anyone else doing so.
