Very Good! But didn't have sesame oil so used couple drops of honey towards the end of cooking, came out great! Also used raw shrimps so took a little longer to cook. Served it over brown rice steamed with frozen green peas. Delicious and quick, will definitely make it again! Looking forward to adding garlic like the last review mentioned...

delicious and very simple to make. I added garlic (about 1 tsp. to the stir fry and served it over quinoa. YUM! Perfect balance of flavor.

Very easy to prep and make with big flavors, lots of nutrition, and low fat goodness. I think most people start cooking with raw shrimp, so the cooking time of the shrimp needs to be extended to 2 - 3 minutes, and the tomato time would need less cooking time in that case, so they won't turn to mush. Very nice! I would have preferred just a little more "body" to the final sauce... just a little thicker to hold onto the rice a bit more.
