This recipe was light, tasty, and filling. We loved it! We added fresh green peppers and onions from the garden. It was so yummy!

Really good. Fresh and light. You can add whatever you like. I left out the carrot and added pea pods, garlic, bean sprouts, and a garlic chili sauce. Fantastic!

Delicious! I'm always looking for fast healthy dishes and happened to catch this show. I'm so glad I did; this is very easy to make, and so light and tasty. I didn't have a shallot so substituted a little red onion and some finely chopped garlic. This one's a keeper.
