Ingredients

  • 300 milligrams (1 1/4 cups) apple juice
  • 300 milligrams (1 1/4 cups) carrot juice
  • 300 milligrams (1 1/4 cups) orange juice
  • 300 milligrams (1 1/4 cups) pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 stalk celery, grated
  • One 6- to 8-inch piece ginger, grated
To Serve:
  • Crushed ice
  • Vodka
  • Mint leaves
  • Orange slices
  • Celery sticks

Directions

Combine the apple, carrot, orange and pomegranate juices in a jug. Add the grated celery and ginger. Mix well.

To serve, fill 4 glasses with crushed ice; add a shot of vodka to each. Top off with the juice mixture. Garnish with mint leaves and an orange slice wrapped around a celery stick.
