    I was not expecting 2 simple ingredients to result in such a fabulous flavor. I followed the recipe exactly, however after browning the meat I deglazed the pan with a bit of the coconut water and added to the pot. Tossed the rice with the cilantro and a tad of butter. Strained the cooking liquid to use as gravy. Absolutely delicious!! Very easy. I would make this for company with a simple salad any time. Fussy family loved it.

    This is a very tasty dish! The fish sauce and coconut water give it a nice flavor! I've made this twice already and my family loves it! :

    I was a little skeptical at first when I noticed how little went in to the slow cooker. I added a splash of soy sauce to the pot when I put the pork in the slow cooker, but this turned out pretty well. I had a small dinner party where I was serving this and a few other things and it was a big hit! The pork melted in your mouth and had a lot of flavor. Definitely something I would recommend if you have the time to do it right.
