  • 1 ounce or 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 ounce or 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • Ginger ale, as needed

Directions

Put the pepper and lemon slices in an old-fashioned glass and lightly muddle or crush. Fill the glass with ice and add the bourbon, agave nectar, and pineapple juice. Stir to combine the ingredients. Top the glass with ginger ale and enjoy.

    Great Drink, to bad you put out the recipe at the start of winter. I hope to use it during BBQ Season. The only variations I made was to use George Dickel Tennessee Whiskey instead of Bourbon because I thought it had more of the peppery accents to compliment the peppers in the drink. I also used Red Pepper for sweetness and Jalapeno Peppers to add a little heat, I also added one small cutie orange that I muddled in with the peppers and lemon. Fantastic drink thanks.
