This recipe turned out great and I received many compliments on it despite it not being the most appetizing looking dish on the table. The crunch is what really made it different from other recipes. It reminds me of the crunch topping on my mom's homemade apple pie. I think this'll be a Thanksgiving Day tradition from now on.
    Easy to make and delicious.

This is really good!!! And that says a lot in my family! I made it last year at thanksgiving for my brother in law, because he is the only one in the family of about 20 people that likes yams. The whole pan was gone within 20minutes and my brother in law was upset because he only got one serving. I really am not a big fan of sweet potatoes or yams but this recipe is amazing and will be a dish on my table every holiday from now on.
