This is great! Had a little trouble finding the noodles but anyplace that carries a good vegetarian section will have these noodles.
The taste was identical to the original minus the bread topping which frankly you don't miss.
Texture was a little different then egg noodles but not enough to make a difference.
I would make it again.
This recipe fed four of us with lots of veggies on the side.
