I have never had a lamb burger before, until last night. Outstanding...I wasn't too sure about the yogurt sauce, but after tasting it with the ginger, onions and spices in the lamb, it all came together. Very light and refreshing. This is a keeper!!!!

I made this last night and, as I didn't have any lamb on hand, I used ground turkey. The results were fantastic. The burgers were light and bursting with flavor. I had run out of coriander for the yogurt sauce so only used mint and again, excellent. I will most certainly make these again with turkey and/or with lamb.
