1. Sprinkle salted water over halved loaf of bread (usually done with ocean water love this)
2. Hand-smash the tomatoes, in a bowl
3. Evenly layer smashed tomatoes over bread
4. Top with feta, olives, and dried oregano leaves
5. Finish with olive oil and Parsley leaves
6. Cut into small portions and serve.
