The directions for these cookies are spot on and they result in impressive looking cookies. I also rolled out some of the gingerbread dough (to 1/8 inch, then cut out shapes with cookie cutters. After transferring those cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, I used a smaller cookie cutter to create a cut out.....
