    This was great for dinner tonight. I used rib eyes since they were on sale and swapped the tomatoes for summer squash in the ratatouille, again a sale and preference thing. It was great! I love recipies like this that use "method" cooking and allow each to customize. I highly recommend this meal as a B, L, or D.
