  1. Heat the tortillas in the microwave until soft, about 10 seconds. Top each tortilla with 3 ounces sliced flank steak, 1/4 cup each salsa and sliced avocado and 2 tablespoons cheese. Wrap the tortilla around the fillings. Heat in a nonstick skillet, toaster oven or microwave, or serve cold. 
  2. Serve with medium apples or pears.
