Heat the blue cheese, heavy cream, cayenne, garlic and salt and pepper to taste in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until the cheese is melted and the sauce looks smooth. Stir in the macaroni, asparagus, steak and sun-dried tomatoes until heated through, about 1 minute. Top with the panko and serve.
